Refund Policy

Creative 8 Property Management Group (“Creative 8”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

At Creative 8 Property Management Group, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality property management services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

1. No Refunds Policy

All management fees, leasing fees, setup fees, and related service charges are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Owner choosing not to proceed with management after signing the agreement.

  • Tenant or owner failure to provide required documentation.

  • Financial hardship on the part of the client.

  • Claims that services have not yet begun.

Work begins internally upon receipt of payment, including administrative setup, property onboarding, marketing preparation, and resource allocation.

2. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for property management services, leasing services, inspection services, and related administrative fees are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed, regardless of whether the property is occupied, vacant, or withdrawn from management.

3. Service Delivery

Upon payment, Creative 8 begins providing services such as tenant placement, marketing, vendor coordination, and property compliance checks. These services are considered delivered once initiated, and fees will not be reversed.

4. Payment Plans

If installment or recurring payment options are offered, all scheduled payments must be made on time. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services, termination of the management agreement, and the full outstanding balance becoming immediately due. Creative 8 does not pause, restructure, or renegotiate payment plans once they are in place.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information and required documents.

  • Maintaining proper insurance coverage.

  • Remaining responsive during tenant placement and service coordination.

Delays or disruptions caused by client inaction do not qualify for refunds or service adjustments.

6. Service Issues
