• Ensure cooperation and availability of necessary personnel during the project.

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Pay agreed-upon consulting fees and reimburse Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc for authorized expenses incurred on your behalf.

3. Fees and Payments

Consulting fees, project-based fees, retainers, or other charges will be specified in your signed agreement. Payments are due in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc strives to provide high-quality, professional consulting services, we are not liable for:

• Business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from reliance on our advice.

• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics).

• Actions or omissions of third-party vendors, contractors, or partners.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total consulting fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Confidentiality

Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by clients, except where disclosure is required by law. Clients also agree not to disclose Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc, proprietary methodologies, strategies, or materials without prior written consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed agreement. All outstanding fees and reimbursable expenses must be paid prior to termination.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any agreements with Creative 8 Property Management Group Inc shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless prohibited by applicable law.

10. Amendments
